During this time, it can be hard for educators and students to thrive. This poem is about a child who has learning difficulties, and is struggling with the distance. But, he finds that help can come in unexpected and new ways, such as from another student. The pen symbolizes a different way of learning, but one that can be equally successful if we work together.
