Description
This is a poetry submission for the class "Foundations and Curriculum of American Schools." My poem is a reflection on a spot that I used to visit as a young child, which I returned to, alone, during this quarantine. The world looks very different, now, than from what I had ever imagined when I was younger, and it is not just the pandemic. It is parts of the world that I had never noticed before, but are highlighted during this time.
